Juggling lots of thinking, planning, supporting and problem solving takes that energy level up even further, resulting in a level of tiredness that takes more to recharge than a good night’s sleep - although that is a GREAT place to start!

Taking time to figure out what recharges your mental and emotional batteries can feel like just another job to do when your levels are low.
